RIDER RESPONSIBILITY: I (THE RIDER) UNDERSTAND THAT, upon mounting a horse and taking up the reins the rider is in primary control of the horse. The rider’s safety largely depends upon his/her ability to carry out our instructions. The rider agrees that he/she has tested negative for covid-19 within 5 days of traveling to the island or has been fully vaccinated. The rider will wear a mask at all times while on the premises. Once said rider has mounted their horse he/she is free to remove their mask.
STABLE RESPONSIBILITY: TRIM’S NATIONAL RIDING STABLES will provide transportation to and from those residing in the Northern part of the island, at our partnered hotels. Upon arriving at the stables TRIM’S NATIONAL RIDING STABLES will provide each rider with a fully equipped horse, riding helmet and a guide for the tour leaving at said time.
LIABILITY RELEASE: In consideration of TRIM’S NATIONAL RIDING STABLES allowing me to participate in said activity (horseback Riding), I THE RIDER, AND THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF SAID MINOR, HEREBY RELEASE THE STABLES, IT’S OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LEGAL LIABILITY. THIS INCLUDES ANY FORM OF INJURY AND FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY PERSONAL BELONGINGS WHILE AT TRIM’S NATIONAL RIDING STABLES.
