Freqently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What can I do to make sure I have the best tour experience possible?

We advise you to wear comfortable clothing. Preferably closed toe shoes or sandals that can strap to your feet. If you are doing the beach or BBQ tours please bring a towel. You may bring a camera or other personal belongings which we recommend carrying in a backpack.

Can I pick the horse I want to ride?

Unfortunately we do not allow our guests to pick their horse. Our trained staff ultimately decides which horse will be paired with our guests. Several factors go into this decision such as the temperament of the horse and experience of the rider.

I am not staying at any of the hotels listed, do you still pick up?

We can coordinate pick up at most hotels in the Northern part of the island. If your hotel is not listed and is in the North, please contact us to arrange for a pick up. If you are staying in the Southern part of the island you will have to make your way to us. Guests usually take a taxi.

Where does the tour start?

We pick up guests from our partnered hotels and bring you to our facility. The tour starts at our stable where you will be equipped with a helmet and mounted on a horse.
